Princess Sukgyeong

Princess Sukgyeong(淑慶翁主, 1420 ~ 1494) was a royal of Joseon, the sixteenth daughter of Taejong and the twelfth daughter born to a secondary consort, and her mother was Consort Shin (Taejong).

Life

She was born in 1420 (the second year of King Sejong's reign) and was the youngest daughter of Taejong and Consort Shin (Taejong) (Lady Shin of Sinnyeong Palace). In 1432 (the fourteenth year of King Sejong's reign), at the age of 13, she married Yun Am (尹巖), Puyeong-gun (坡平君), the son of Yun Taesan (尹太山), and they had six sons and one daughter.

Princess Sukgyeong's tomb is located at Dongmamungok, Gohyeon, Jangdan.
